HOW DOES IT WORK?

All of our offices are fitted with a BT diverter system, which means that you’re out of hours call are diverted to the duty manager at no extra charge to you.

Using the main telephone number of our branches will result in the call being redirected, and a QUICK response to your instruction.

HOW CAN LSG 4 Drivers Ltd HELP?

Our duty manager has available the staff roster for each branch, he can deal with your emergency orders and get a member of our staff on his way to you quickly!

WHY OPERATE A 24hr SERVICE?

At LSG 4 Drivers Ltd we can appreciate that when the unforeseen occurs it rarely respects office hours, when sickness or perhaps a breakdown threatens your delivery schedules, LSG 4 Drivers Ltd are waiting for your call!

OFFICE HOURS.

Our offices are open from 9.00-18.00hrs. In order to preserve the high standards of service provided by the 24hr operation, we ask that you should direct your accounts and general enquiries to those offices between 9.00hrs and 17.00hrs.

We also ask for your help in placing orders where possible with offices, giving LSG4 as much notice as you can.
